Our Top Five Music Videos Directed by Spike Jonze of the 1990s

All this talk about Nirvana has us longing for the ’90s, when music was simple, alternative rock ruled the airwaves, and Spike Jonze made MTV worth watching.

The popular director, who most recently released the feature-length film, Her, created some of the best music videos of the 1990s. Here is a list of our top five favorites:

5. Björk – “It’s Oh So Quiet”

4. The Breeders – “Cannonball”

3. Fatboy Slim – “Weapon of Choice”

2. Weezer – “Buddy Holly”

1. Beastie Boys – “Sabotage”

Honorable Mention: Nirvana – “In Bloom”

Although this video was directed by Kevin Kerslake, it reeks of Spike Jonze and we love it.
